摘要

Standardization of library (room) takes unified institutional norm on techniques and methods, which making management and supervision according to library law and relevant regulations. Supremacy of readers should be prominent in management of library materials. Making integration of standardization management and individuation management, rigid management and flexible management.%图书馆（室）工作标准化是对服务的技术、方法实行统一的制度规范。按照《图书馆法》及相关法律法规、条例要求，进行管理和监督。图书资料服务的管理要坚持读者至上，实施系统管理，把质量管理、标准化和个性化管理相结合，刚性管理和柔性管理相结合。
