火力发电厂垢样中铁铜钾钠钙镁锌的测定方法的改进

     

摘要

火力发电厂机组设备大修期间,化验室需要对现场垢样进行分析,给检修提供判断依据,便于及时地采取相应的预防措施或补救方案,避免大修后运行中的系统再次结垢。因此,垢样分析对于设备检修来说是不可缺少的。旧的试验方法复杂,但现在用原子吸收仪测定分析,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、线性系数好,适合垢样的分析研究。%During the period of overhaul for units facilities in power plant, laboratory need to analyze scale samples on site and provide criterion for Maintenance department to judge in order to take corresponding preventive measures or remedial scheme timely and avoid system in operation may scale again after overhaul. Therefore, scale analysis is indispensable for the equipment maintenance . The old test method is complex, but now with the atomic absorption spectrometer analysis, new method will be simple, rapid, high sensitivity, good linear coefficient and suitable for the analysis of the scale.
