基于图像处理的字符识别方法研究

With the development of computer technology, image recognition technology obtained more and more widely used. Articles by adopting the method of gray level, the denoising of image preprocessing, the edge detection, morphological processing, character po-sitioning methods such as character recognition, recognition program written by Matlab software, image character. The research results show that using image processing can effectively realize the image recognition of the characters.%图像处理就是利用计算机及其有关技术，对图像进行运算和处理，可以使图像更清晰，从图像中提取某些特定的信息，从而达到某种特定目的，随着计算机技术的发展，图像识别技术获得了越来越广泛的应用。文章采用灰度化、消噪等方法对图像进行预处理，采用边缘提取、形态学处理、字符定位等方法实现图像字符特征提取，通过Matlab软件编写字符识别程序，实现图像字符识别。研究结果表明，采用图像处理可有效实现对图像字符的识别。
