X80高钢级管线用无缝钢管的开发

主要总结了X80高钢级管线用无缝钢管开发过程中的成分设计思路、热处理后样管性能。通过研制，表明选用C、Mn钢种，进行V+B或Mo+V或单独添加B元素微合金化，能够生产出低碳当量、良好冲击性能、满足标准要求强度的管线用无缝钢管。%Mainly summarized the composition design of X80 high steel grade seamless steel tube in the development process, per-formance of tube after heat treatment. Through the study, show that the C, Mn steel, V+B or Mo+V or B elements and individually adding micro alloying, able to produce low carbon equivalent, good impact, meet the requirements of the standard strength of seamless steel tube for line pipes.
