利用平板培养基分离法分离从福海及阿勒泰采集到的五灵脂样本的内生菌，通过分离、培养、显微形态观察及初步鉴定，可知福海样共分离到2株细菌、1株链格孢属真菌；阿勒泰样共分离到3株真菌，分别为镰刀菌属、曲霉属、拟茎点霉属真菌。五灵脂具有丰富的药用价值，其药用价值是否与这些内生菌有一定的联系还有待进一步研究。%Using the method of plate mediun separation,the ensophytic bacteria of trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sampled from Fuhai or Altai of Altai region had been separated.And through separation and culture and microscopic morphology and initiative identifi-cation, we had gotten 2 bacteria and a fugus Alternaria from the trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sampled in Fuhai of Altai Region, and had gotten 3 fungi as belonged to Fusarium or Aspergillus or fungi Phomopsis from the trogopterus xanthippes milne-edwads sam-pled in Altai of Altai Region. Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-edwads was rich in medicinal value, and it would be for further study wether the medicinal value of Trogopterus xanthippes Milne-edwads and these ensophytic bacteria with a definite link.
