HPLC法测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠的含量

摘要

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid in Xiong-danzhichuang plaster.Method:The DiamonsillODSC_ (18)column (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm))wasused.Themobilephasewasmethanol-0. 03mol/LSodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (65:30) (Adjust to pH 4.4 with phosphonic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was210 nm.Result:The linear range of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid was 25.2-252μg/ml (r=0.9991) (n=6). The average recovery rate is 98.2%with RSD=1.2%(n=6).Conclusion:Determination the Content of Sodium Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid in Xiongdanzhichuang Plaster by the HPLC.%目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量。方法：选用迪马钻石？ODS？C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(65：30,用磷酸调节pH至4.4),检测波长210 nm,柱温为室温,流速：1.0ml/min。结果：牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠浓度在1.92-24.0μg/ml)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991)(n=6),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论：此HPLC法可以用来测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠的含量。
