牙齿重度磨损伴牙列缺损（缺失）种植修复与咬合重建联合治疗的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application of im-plant restoration and occlusal reconstruction of severe tooth wear of the combined treatment of dentition defect (missing) clinical curative effect. Methods:from 2011 July June to 2013 60 cases in our hospital during the period of treatment of severe tooth wear with dentition defect patients were studied, of which 30 cases were treated by conventional denture repair methods for treatment, as the control group; 30 patients using implant and occlusal reconstruction combined treatment, as the observa-tion group. Comparison of two groups of patients after the occur-rence of the clinical effect and adverse reaction of teeth after restoration. Results: by comparison, the observation group on severe tooth wear with dentition defect (missing) using implant and occlusal reconstruction after combination therapy, dental appearance, good function, comfort higher, involving the suc-cess rate (100%) was significantly higher than the control group involving the success rate (70%), extraction rate of implant (ob-servation group 0), involving the failure rate (0) was significantly lower than the control group denture removal rate (24.59%), in-volving the failure rate (26.23%), statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients in the observation group mucosa ulcer incidence rate of adverse reaction of swelling and bleeding and percussion pain (3.33%) was significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions (33.33%), statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:on severe tooth wear with dentition de-fect (missing) in patients with application of implant restoration and occlusal reconstruction after the combined treatment in pa-tients with dental appearance, good function and clinical suc-cess rate higher, after repair of a low incidence of adverse reac-tions, does not affect the facial appearance and pronunciation patients function, recommended.%目的：探讨应用种植修复与咬合重建联合治疗牙齿重度磨损伴牙列缺损（缺失）的临床疗效。方法：对2011年7月～2013年6月期间我院治疗的60例牙齿重度磨损伴牙列缺损患者进行研究，其中30例患者采用常规义齿修复方法进行治疗，作为对照组；30例患者采用种植修复与咬合重建联合治疗，作为观察组。比较两组患者经过牙齿修复后临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：经对比观察，观察组对牙齿重度磨损伴牙列缺损（缺失）采用种植修复与咬合重建联合治疗后，牙齿外型美观，功能良好，舒适度较高，累及成功率（100.0%）明显高于对照组累及成功率（70.00%），观察组种植体摘除率（0）、累及失败率（0）明显低于对照组义齿摘除率（24.59%）、累及失败率（26.23%），统计学上有意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者黏膜溃疡，红肿出血和叩痛的不良反应发生率（3.33%）明显低于对照组不良反应发生率（33.33%），统计学上有意义（p＜0.05）。结论：对牙齿重度磨损伴牙列缺损（缺失）患者应用种植修复与咬合重建联合治疗后，患者牙齿外型美观，功能良好，临床成功率更高，修复后不良反应发生率低，不影响患者面部美观及发音功能，建议推广。
