颈动脉超声预测冠心病的研究综述

摘要

Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis, stenosis of blood lumen or obstruction of myocardium caused by hypoxia, ischemia and necrosis. In recent years, the incidence of coronary heart disease is increasing. There-fore, how to diagnose coronary heart disease as early as possible and prevent acute cardiovascular events has become an important is-sue in clinical research. Clinical studies show that the coronary artery is closely related to the carotid artery in terms of the degree ofatherosclerosis. Therefore, the coronary artery lesion can be predicted by carotid ultrasound. So, the study of carotid ultrasound inpredicting coronary heart disease is summarized as follows.%冠心病是一种因冠状动脉粥样硬化导致血管腔狭窄或者阻塞引起心肌缺氧缺血、坏死的心脏病.近些年来, 冠心病发病率日益提高.何如尽早诊断冠心病, 预防急性心血管事件成为了临床研究的重要课题.经临床研究发现, 在动脉粥样硬化程度方面, 冠状动脉与颈动脉的关系十分密切.通过颈动脉超声检查, 可对冠状动脉病变进行预测.为此, 本文现对颈动脉超声预测冠心病的研究予以如下综述.
