乳腺癌内分泌药物治疗研究

摘要

Drug treatment of endocrine therapy for breast cancer is the important and main component of comprehensive treatment of hormone dependent breast cancer.Endocrine drugs estrogen receptor modulators , aromatase inhibitor and ovarian ablation drugs are the main components of the endocrine therapy for breast cancer.Drug treatment of encocrine therapy for breast cancer is summarized and several suggestions are proposed.%内分泌药物治疗是乳腺癌综合治疗中重要组成部分，是激素依赖型乳腺癌综合治疗的重要和主要手段。内分泌药物雌激素受体调节剂、芳香化酶抑制剂、卵巢去势药物等是乳腺癌内分泌治疗的主要组成部分。本文对目前几种乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的应用情况进行了综述，并对乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的选择提出了建议。
