妊娠高血压综合征血压近日节律的改变对预后的影响

摘要

目的：研究血压近日节律的改变与妊娠高血压综合征预后的关系。方法收集155例妊娠高血压综合征孕产妇，每例患者均进行连续24 h血压监测，记录1次／4 h。用单一余弦法进行术后24 h血压的近日节律分析。根据近日节律的出现和消失将患者分组，分别为63例节律出现组与92例节律消失组，利用统计学比较两组预后的差异。结果近日节律出现组预后好的构成比明显优于节律消失组（ P＜0.01）。结论近日节律的改变有可能早期预测妊娠高血压综合征的预后。%Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure and the recent changes in rhythm with PIH prognosis .Methods Collecting 155 PIH cases.Each patient underwent continuous 24-hour blood pressure monitoring , with record once every four hours . According to the circadian rhythm of the patients , they were divided into appear and disappear groups , with significant statistical prognosis difference.Results Good prognosis in the circadian rhythm group was superior to the rhythm disappear group (P<0.01).Conclusion There may be changes in circadian rhythm early prediction of PIH prognosis .
