MMP－2、nm23在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨MMP－2、nm23在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测MMP－2、nm23在胃癌中的表达。对MMP－2、nm23的表达及与临床病理参数、二者之间的相关性进行分析。结果 MMP－2、nm23表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤细胞的分化程度有统计学差异（ P＜0.05）。 nm23在胃癌组织中表达与MMP－2存在相关性（ P＜0.05）。结论 MMP－2、nm23可能与胃癌的发生发展有关。 MMP－2在胃癌组织中表达与nm23存在相关性。%Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.Methods Immu-nohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.The correlation of MMP -2 and nm23 with clinical pathological factors was analyzed.Results There are significant differences between the expression of MMP -2 and nm23 with gastric cancer depth of invasion , lymph node metastasis , pathological staging and differentiation of tumor cells ( P<0.05).The expression of nm23 has correlation with the expression of MMP -2 in gastric carcinoma ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of MMP -2 and nm23 may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.There is correlation between MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.
