综合护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者改善吞咽功能及预防吸入性肺炎的效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for improving swallowing function and preventing aspirationpneumoniaofdysphagiapatientswithstroke.Methods 136dysphagiapatientswithstrokeinthehospitalwererandomlydivided into research group and control group , with 68 cases in each group.Research group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Control group were treated with routine care.Swallowing function , aspiration pneumonia morbidity , gastrointestinal dysfunction incidence rate and hospitalization stay were compared.Results Swallowing function of research group was better than control group ( P<0.05 ).As-piration pneumonia morbidity (20.6%) and gastrointestinal dysfunction incidence (27.9%) rate of research group were lower than control group ( P<0.05 ).The hospital stay time of the research group were shorter than control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has exact effect in improving swallowing function and preventing aspiration pneumonia for dysphagia patients with stroke.%目的：探讨综合护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者改善吞咽功能及预防吸入性肺炎的效果。方法将我院于2011－05～2014－10间收治的136例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各68例。研究组采用综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。综合比较两组患者干预后吞咽能力、吸入性肺炎患病率、胃肠功能紊乱发生率及住院时间。结果研究组吞咽功能优于对照组（ P＜0.05）；研究组吸入性肺炎患病率、胃肠功能紊乱发生率分别为20.6％、27.9％，均低于对照组（ P＜0.05）；研究组住院时间短于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者改善吞咽功能和预防吸入性肺炎发生效果显著。
