糖尿病伴抑郁症的临床研究进展

摘要

糖尿病和抑郁症均为临床常见病，二者常常合并出现，糖尿病并发抑郁症已成为研究热点。国内外学者针对糖尿病与抑郁症共病的危险因素、生物学特征和症状展开了大量研究。本文综述二者的流行病学和相关性机制研究以及中西医治疗进展，以利于对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的早期诊断、早期治疗。%Diabetes and depression are common clinical diseases , and they are often in combination.It has become a hot research topic.Scholars at home and abroad have launched a number of studies about the risk factors , the biological characteristics and symptoms.The arti-cle reviews the epidemiology of both , and the correlation mechanism research and progress of Chinese and western medicine treatment , for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients with depression.
