芪参益气滴丸与西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者临床疗效及对患者心功能的影响

摘要

目的：探讨芪参益气滴丸与西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者临床疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法将67例中医辩证分型为气虚血瘀证的冠心病心绞痛患者根据就诊先后顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予常规西药治疗，观察组患者给予芪参益气滴丸与西药联合治疗，两组均连续治疗2个月后观察心绞痛疗效和治疗前后心功能指标左室射血分数（ LVEF）、心输出量（ CO）、加速指数（ ACI）、胸腔液体含量（ TFC）和体血管阻力（ SVR）变化。结果观察组心绞痛总有效率为79.41％，显著高于对照组的63.64％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后LVEF、CO、ACI较治疗前显著升高，TFC、SVR显著降低，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后LVEF、CO、ACI显著高于对照组治疗后，TFC显著低于对照组治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论芪参益气滴丸与西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者心绞痛疗效确切，且能显著改善患者心功能，具有重要的临床意义。%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and its influence on cardiac function of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills com-bined with western medicine treated on patients with angina pectoris deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis of coronary heart disease.Methods 67 patients with angina pectoris deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis of coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group according to present order.Patients in control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of this,patients in control group were given Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills.They were all treated for 2 months.The angina pectoris cura-tive effect and cardiac function indexes as left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac output (CO), acceleration index (ACI), pleural fluid content ( TFC) and vascular resistance( SVR) before and after the treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 79.41%,which is significantly higher than that of control group 63.64%, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P<0.05);LVEF, CO and ACI in two groups after treatment were significantly higher, TFC and SVR were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);LVEF, CO and ACI in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than the control group after treatment,TFC was significantly lower than the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills combined with western medicine treated on patients with angina pectoris deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis of coronary heart disease is good,and it can significantly improve cardiac function.So it has important clinical significance.
