医疗纠纷调处流程的优化探讨

从我国医患关系的现状、导致医疗纠纷处理“医闹”频发的原因及临沂市沂水中心医院工作中依法解决纠纷的流程三方面，探讨只有依靠法律这一坚实的后盾，才能最大限度地维护社会的公平和公正。%From three aspects, including the present siuation of doctor-patient relationship in China, the cuse of the frequency occur-ance of medical disputes and the process of dealing with medical disputes acccording to law of Linshui Central Hospital of Linyi, it is con-cluded that only by abiding the low can social fairness be kept.
