改良平面导板结合直丝弓固定矫治前牙深覆的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合微型平导矫治儿童前牙深覆合的临床效果.方法 对20例Ⅱ°和 III°前牙深覆合的患者使用MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合活动微型平导板矫治器进行治疗;分为研究组和参照组两组,每组20例.研究组用滑动直丝弓+平导板,参照组为未经矫治的原始资料.两组均拍摄头颅侧位片.结果 研究组和参照组打开咬合平均时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MBT矫治技术联合活动微型平导板矫治儿童前牙深覆合是一种快速有效打开咬合的好方法,并能有增加前下面垂直高度,改善面形,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of sliding MBT straight wire appliance technology with tiny flat guide in correcting children`s front teeth.Methods 20 cases of Ⅱ° and 3° front teeth deep draping use slide MBT straight wire with appliance of technical cooperation activities of miniature flat guide.They were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Sliding straight wire bow + flat plate was used in the experimental group,and raw material without correction was used in control group.The two groups were taken head side.Results There is significant difference of open bite between experimental group and control group,and the average time is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion MBT appliance technology joint activities of miniature flat plate correcting children`s front teeth deep draping is a kind a good way to open bite quickly and effectively,and can increase the former vertical height and improve the surface form.So it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
