目的 对罗村街道常住居民与流动适龄妇女进行乳腺癌和宫颈癌的筛查,对两癌危险因素做出分析,并比较两者常住与流动居民两癌患病率的差异,为两癌防治提供理论支持.方法 对罗村街道2015年的20~70岁常住及流动妇女进行乳腺癌和宫颈癌免费筛查.采用液基薄层细胞检测(TCT)检查宫颈情况,通过触诊和乳腺彩超检查乳房,结合病理切片作最后确诊,统计分析不同人口学情况对象、流动和常住居民两癌患病率的差异.结果 妇女年龄(x2=23.11,P=0.00)和家rn族遗传史(x2= 17.24,P=O.00)因素对宫颈癌患病率的影响显著;妇女年龄(x2= 16.68,P=0.00)和家族遗传史(x2=rn16.51,P=0.00)因素对宫颈癌患病率的影响亦有统计学意义;常住妇女宫颈癌的患病率(23.96/万人)明显低于流动妇女rn(46.72/万人),常住妇女乳腺癌(70.99/万人)患病率明显低于流动妇女(112.94/万人).结论 罗村街道妇女两癌的发病rn率较高,一般人口学资料和人口流动性对妇女两癌患病率影响显著,应进一步加强该地区妇女人群的保健宣传和两癌筛查工作.%Objective To rout street and permanent residents flow-age women with breast cancer and cervical cancer screening,two cancers` risk factors of to make analysis and compare the difference between permanent and two mobile residents of the prevalence of cancers` and cancer prevention to provide two theoretical support.Methods Freely screening rout street 20~70 year-old residents and migrant women with breast cancer and cervical cancer cases,the use of liquid-based cytology test (TCT) examination of cervical cases,a combination of final pathological diagnosis statistical analysis of different target demographic situation,liquidity and permanent residents of two cancer prevalence differences.Results Women of all ages(x2=23-11,P=0-00) and family history (x2=17-24,P=0-00) factors influene the prevalence of cervical cancer significantly;women ages (x2 =16.68,P=0.00) and family history(x2=16.51,P=0.00) factors influencing the prevalence of cervical cancer are also significant;resident cervical cancer prevalence (23-96 / million) is significantly lower than migrant women (46.72 / million),permanent breast cancer in women (70.99 / million) is significantly lower than the prevalence of migrant women (112.94 / million).Conclusions Rout streets two cancers incidence is higher,demographic data and population mobility obviously impacts the prevalence of two cancer women.
