华炎协同管理软件在引嫩办公自动化中的应用

摘要

Office automation is a comprehensive technology developed in the developed countries in the middle of the twentieth Century 70's.But it developed gradually in the 80's in China.The paper expounds the concept of office automation and cooperative management, introduces the application of Huayan HOTIA cooperative platform in Neijiang River Diversion Project Management.Practice indicates that it is a effective and practical method to enhance the level of office automation.%办公自动化是20世纪70年代中期发达国家发展起来的一门综合性技术。中国则是在80年代起步逐步发展起来的。文章阐述了办公自动化及协同办公管理的概念。讲述了华炎HOTOA协同平台在黑龙江省引嫩工程管理处建设的方案，实践证明它是提高办公自动化水平找到一种行之有效的办法。
