水资源开发利用若干问题及对策研究

摘要

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of industry, agriculture and urban living standards, more and more water demands were used in living and other respects and water pollution was more and more serious.In order to ensure the long-term regulation and allocation of water resources, ultimately to achieve the ideal state in high-efficient and reasonable water use, people can manage really water resources, to develop and use orderly the water resources is a severe problem faced by Jianping County currently.Based on these problems, detailed and efficient methods and implementing ways to develop and use water resources are studied in details for Jianping County in the paper.%近年来随着工业、农业及城镇生活水平的不断提高，生活及各方面用水量越来越多，且水污染现象越来越严重，为了保证水资源的长期调控及长远配置，最终达到高效合理使用及人们能真正管理水资源的理想状态，实现有计划有秩序有组织地开发利用水资源是目前葫芦岛市建昌县面临的一大问题。文章基于以上问题本详细研究了建昌县开发利用水资源的具体有效方法和实施手段。
