Presents the analysis for the cause of a large number of transverse cracks in the water-cooled wall tubes in a local area on the right side of the chamber of a 300 MW boiler, which occurred after the boiler operated for 15 000 hours, and concludes that water scales is the primary cause for this damage, and suggests preventive actions.%介绍了某电厂300MW锅炉在运行15 000h后，炉膛右侧局部区域水冷壁管子出现大量横向裂纹情况。对此进行了分析，判断水垢是造成这种破坏的主要原因，并提出了防治建议。
