摘要

对黑龙江省电力公司2000年的工作进行了回顾总结，开展"营销年"和"安全年"活动，实现利润超亿元超额完成利润目标，未发生生产人身伤亡事故、重大设备事故及电网破坏和大面积停电事故，实现安全年奋斗目标。提出了公司2001年工作的指导思想和重点目标，部署了今年要做好的12项重点工作，确保电网安全，开展优质服务年活动，力争达到中国一流省公司标准。%Sums up the great achievements of Heilongjiang Electric Power Co. , Ltd in the year of 2000:profit of more than one hundred million CNY, no personal injury during production, no damage to essential equipment and electric network and no large-area black-out, and expounds the guidelines and goals established for work in 2001, 12 key projects to be completed in this year, and measures to be taken to ensure safety of electric network and make the company a firstrate provincial electric power company in China.
