在分析新疆维吾尔自治区区、地、县三级国有农场的基础上，进一步探讨在“一带一路”新形势下国有农场如何改革与发展，提出了准确定位、内引外联壮大企业规模、由传统经营管理模式向现代企业转变，由生产型向科研生产型转变等。在新一轮的经济大潮中更好地发挥作用，以供其它国有农场借鉴。%Based on the analysis of the Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region ,based on county‐level State‐owned farms in the area ,how State‐owned farm in the new situation ofreform and development of further “One Belt One Road” ,was explored accurate positioning ,outreach and expansion enterprise size were presented ,from tra‐ditional to modern enterprise management mode transformation ,changing from production to the production of research .In the new economy to function better ,references for other State‐owned farms was provided .
