再结晶温度对 Fe-36 Ni因瓦合金冷轧薄板组织和性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了Fe-36 Ni因瓦合金冷轧薄板再结晶过程中显微组织、晶粒取向、硬度值和磁性能的变化规律. 结合金相组织、织构、力学性能和VSM等检测分析手段,确定了该冷轧薄板的再结晶温度范围为525~625 ℃,同时伴有晶粒择优取向发展过程;再结晶过程对冷轧薄板的磁性能没有明显影响.%It is researched the change law of micro structure, grain orientation, hardness value and magnetic property of cold rolling thin sheet of Fe-36Ni Invar in recrystallization.In combination of examination ways such as metallographic structure, texture, mechanical properties and VSM, the recrystallization temperature of this kind of sheet is determined as 525 to 625℃, and its recrystallization accompanied by grain orientation preferential developing process;Its recrystallization has no obvious influence on its magnetic property.
