双钢板治疗Schatzker V VI型胫骨平台骨折

摘要

Objective: To study the surgical outcomes of schatzker type V and VI tibia plateau fractures using dual plating method. Method: Between March 2005 and November 2009, 28 patients with schatzker type V and VI tibia plateau fractures were treated with dual plating method. Fracture healing and postoperative complications were noted. Functional outcomes were assessed according to the HSS scoring system. Result: 28 cases were followed up for an average of 18. 6 months. All the fractures healed without implant breaking or loosening. The average healing time was 3. 7 months (range, 3 -7 months). Wound inflection as well as skin necrosis was not found in any case. The HSS score averaged 90 points (range, 81-94). Conclusion : Dual plating method can provide reliable fixation for Schatzker type V and VI tibia plateau fractures which enables early rehabilitation.%目的：探讨双钢板治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法：2005年3月至2009年11月对我院28例Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者进行内外侧双钢板固定。对术后并发症及骨折愈合情况、膝关节功能进行随访，分析其手术疗效。结果：28例患者均获得随访6.2-23.7个月，平均随访18.6个月，骨平均愈合时间3.7个月(3-7个月)，均获得骨性愈合，全组无切口感染及皮肤坏死，未见内固定断裂或松动。术后膝关节功能参照HSS评分系统评分平均90分(81-94分)。结论：双钢板固定治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折能提供可靠固定，允许膝关节早期进行功能锻炼，是治疗Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。
