Objective: A new detection method of p-HCG in urine called U2/HCG-DOT will be introduced into the laboratory. The linear range of tests should be evaluated before clinic practice. Method: According to the test method, the declared linear range was separated to two parts which was evaluated respectively. The linear regression was analyzed by improved Doumas method. Result: It was demonstrated that linearity trial were passed in both concentration intervals, 80 -13228 Miu/Ml and 41 -186 Miu/Ml. Conclusion: It is proved that U2/HCG-DOT method to detect p-HCG in urine has a wide linear range. The samples whose concentrations exceed the range should be retested after being diluted.%目的:对我院引入的检测系统U2/HCG-DOT金标定量检测仪在尿p-HCG检测时的线性范围进行评价.方法:对仪器较宽的线性范围分段进行评价,采用改良Doumas方法对线性回归曲线进行分析.结果:尿β -HCG定量检测时,在80-13228 mlU/mL和41-186 mlU/mL两个试验浓度范围均成线性.结论:证明了U2/HCG-DOT金标定量检测仪具有较宽的线性范围,但略小于仪器标示的范围,超过此范围的标本应按一定比例稀释后检测.
