目的:探讨异丙酚-芬太尼麻醉在人工流产麻醉中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2009年8月至2010年8月收治的86例人工流产的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,观察组采用异丙酚-芬太尼麻醉,对照组仅采用异丙酚麻醉,比较两组患者的术前、术中、术后心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、呼吸频率(RR)、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2),并比较两组出血量、异丙酚的用量、镇痛VAS评分、意识消失时间、苏醒时间及术后不良反应.结果:观察组术中SBP、HR、SpO2均高于对照组,术中、术后RR低于对照组,P＜0.05.观察组异丙酚的用量显著少于对照组,镇痛VAS评分显著高于对照组,意识消失时间显著长于对照组,P＜0.05.两组患者在术中出血、苏醒时间及术后不良反应方面无显著性差异,P＞0.05.结论:异丙酚-芬太尼麻醉应用于人工流产麻醉效果较好,心血管应激反应较小,价格低,并发症少,较为安全可靠.%Objective: To explore propofol-fentanyl anesthesia application effect in the anesthesia of a-bortion. Method:86 cases of patients with abortion as the research object from Aug. 2009 to Aug. 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into trial group and control group, each group of 43 cases, the observation group using propofol-fentanyl anesthesia, and the control group only used propofol anesthesia, compare heart rate ( HR) , systolic blood pressure (SBP) , breathing rate (RR), arterial blood pressure to oxygen saturation (SpO2) with two groups of patients before, during, and after surgery, and two sets of blood loss, the dosage of propofol, analgesia VAS score, unconsciousness time and postoperative adverse reactions. Result: The SBP, HR, SpO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during operation, Perioperative and postoperative RR lower than that in control group, P < 0.05. The observation group propofol significantly less than the amount of control group, analgesic VAS score significantly higher than those in the control group, unconsciousness time was significantly longer in the control group, P < 0.05. Both groups were intraoperatie bleeding, round and postoperative adverse reaction time without significant difference, P > 0.05. Conclusion: Propofol-fentanyl anesthesia used in abortion anesthesia effect is better, cardiovascular stress response is small, low prices, fewer complications, relatively safe and reliable.
