205例224眼眼球钝挫伤眼底荧光造影分析

摘要

Objective: To explore the image manifestation of fundus fluorescence angiography in checking the eyeball contusion. Method: A retrospective study on data of 224 eyes of 205 cases with eyeball contusion were reviewed, all patients were tested by fundus fluorescence angiography, and gathered the data for final analysis. Result: After inspection, of all patients, 158 eyes were mixed damaged (70.5％ ), 66 eyes idiopathic damaged 129.5％ ). Conclusion: Most cases with eyeball contusion are mixed damaged, it is common in posterior pole, fundus fluorescence angiography can identify the scarred level and area, providing guidance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的:探讨应用眼底荧光造影对眼球钝挫伤进行检查的影像学表现.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的眼球钝挫伤205例224眼患者的病例资料,所有患者均应用眼底荧光造影进行检查,并对检查结果进行整理分析.结果:所有患者经检查,混合性损伤158眼(70.5%),单纯性损伤66眼(29.5%).结论:眼球钝挫伤多为混合性损伤,常见于后极部,眼底荧光造影检查可确定患者的眼球损伤程度和范围,为临床诊治提供指导.
