奥氮平治疗皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察奥氮平治疗皮层下动脉硬化性脑病(BE)的疗效和副作用.方法:采用简明精神科评定量表BPRS评定、观察4周.结果:奥氮平治疗1周后BPRS总分显著下降(P＜0.01),不良反应为头晕和嗜睡.结论:奥氮平治疗BE疗效好,不良反应少.%Objective: To study the efficacy and side effect of olanzapine in mental disorder due to subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy. Method: We assessed by the BPRS,observed for 4 weeks. Result:The total score of BPRS decreased after one week( P＜0.01 ). Side effect of olanzapine were dizziness and lethargy. Conclusion: Olanzapine is effective for subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy with mental disorders, and with less side effects.
