腹腔镜手术与传统手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床分析

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery and traditional operation in treating pediatric inguinal hernia. Method:Clinical datas of 48 cases pediatric inguinal hernia treated by traditional operation and 56 cases by laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively, including surgery time,bleeding volumn during surgery, locomotor activity time after surgery, swelling spermatic cord and scrotum,and related complications. Result:Compared with traditional operation, surgery time and postoperative locomotor activity time were shortened in laparoscopic surgery group, bleeding volume during operation decreased, incidence of swelling spermatic cord and scrotum and other related complication declined （ P＜0.001 ）. Conclusion:Application of laparoscopic surgery in treating Pediatric inguinal hernia with minimally invasive surgery, reliable, safe and effective operation of short time, intraoperative less bleeding and postoperative recovery and less complications and recurrence advantages. This is an operation method of clinical worth extending.%目的:评价传统手术与腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析传统手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝48例(传统手术组)及腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝56例(腹腔镜手术组)的临床资料,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后自主活动时间、精索阴囊肿胀及有关并发症进行比较分析.结果:腹腔镜手术组的手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后自主活动时间、住院时间及精索阴囊肿胀等并发症较传统手术组明显减少(P<0.001).结论:应用腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝具有微创、手术安全、疗效可靠、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快,并发症少及复发率低等优点,是临床值得推广的一种手术方式.
