经尿道包膜下前列腺切除术的对比研究

摘要

To explore the value of TURP under prostatic capsule for treatment of BPH .Method: The bleeding volume during operation and in the post-operative course retrospectively comparison in 286 cases of BPH who underwent TURP and TURP under prostatic capsule treatment. Result: The therapeufic effect were satisf. Conclusion: TURP under prostatic capsule is a safe and effective way in the treatment of BPH patient, reduce bleeding volume, resection is complete, effect equal to open simple suprapubic prostatectomy.%目的:研究经尿道包膜下前列腺切除术的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析286例前列腺增生患者接受经尿道包膜下前列腺切除术和传统TURP治疗在术中出血量的对比.结果:经尿道包膜下前列腺切除术对比传统TURP出血量明显减少.结论:经尿道包膜下前列腺切除术是治疗前列腺增生安全有效的方法,出血量少,切除彻底,相当于开放手术效果.
