整形美容者心理障碍及护理干预探讨

摘要

目的:探讨整形美容患者心理障碍的现状和产生原因,并提出合理的干预方案.方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自行设计问卷方法统计,对452例整形美容手术患者进行现况调查.采用SPSS13.0 软件进行单因素和多因素累积logistic回归分析.结果:自费医疗(OR=2.17) 、担心预后不良(OR=1.88 ) 、担心诊疗水平(OR=1.64) 、认为医护态度不好(OR=1.28) 是患者抑郁的危险因素; 而社会支持利用度多(OR=0.54) 是患者不良情绪的保护因素.结论:整形美容患者心理障碍现状比较严重,百分之五十以上的患者存在个性异常.护理人员应采取针对性的护理对策,提高患者的心理健康水平,促进躯体疾病康复.%Objective: In order to discuss plastic patients psychological barriers of the present situation, reason and proposed the reasonable intervention plan. Conclusion: Plastic patients present situation is more serious psychological barriers, more than fifty percent of patients with abnormal personality existence. Nursing staff should take directive nursing countermeasure, and enhance the psychological health of the patients, and promote the body disease recovery.
