早期胃癌及胃炎样早期胃癌诊治分析

摘要

Objective: To observe the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer and early gastritis -like cancer, and summary the clinical significance. Method: In our hospital from April 2005 to April 2009, 280 cases of gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data. Result: In 280 patients with gastric cancer 59 cases with early gastric cancer ( 21. 1% ), 6 cases ( 10. 2% ) of gastritis-like early gastric cancer, Endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathological results, compared with surgical pathology results, in line with the rate to 100%. Conclusion: To improve the ability to identify endoscopic biopsy for early diagnosis of gastritis-like early gastric cancer, reduce the occurrence of Misdiagnosis, to improve the treatment and improve prognosis has important clinical significance.%目的:观察分析早期胃癌及胃炎样早期胃癌的临床诊断与治疗方法,总结其临床意义.方法:选取我院2005年4月至2009年4月280例胃癌患者,对其临床病历资料进行回顾性分析.结果:280例胃癌患者中,早期胃癌患者59例(21.1%),其中6例(10.2%)为胃炎样早期胃癌患者,经内镜下活检结果与手术病理结果比较,符合率100%.结论:提高内镜活检的识别能力,及早诊断胃炎样早期胃癌,减少误诊漏诊发生,对提高治疗效果,改善预后有重要的临床意义.
