内镜下咽鼓管疏通术对慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨内镜下咽鼓管疏通术对慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效.方法 对我院2009年2月至2010年7月收治的慢性分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组患者采用内镜下咽鼓管疏通术进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规内镜手术进行治疗,在治疗后对两组患者的疗效进行评价.结果 实验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的住院时间、复发例数以及感染例数均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者均未出现严重并发症.结论 对慢性分泌性中耳炎患者采用内镜下咽鼓管疏通术进行治疗,可明显改善患者预后,降低患者复发以及感染机会,提高患者术后生活质量.%Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of eustachian tube for treatment of chronic otitis media. Method: From Feb. 2009 to Jul. 2010, The patients with chronic secretory otitis media were randomly divided into experimental and control group, experimental group were treated with endoscopic surgery for treatment of eustachian tube to clear, the control group were treated with conventional endoscopic surger-y, after treatment, the efficacy of the two groups of patients evaluated. Result: The clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group ( P<0. 05 ); experimental group of hospital stay, recurrence of the number of cases and number of cases of infection were lower than the control group ( P<0. 05 ); patients in both groups after treatment had no serious complications. Conclusion: Patients with chronic otitis media with effusion surgery to clear the eustachian tube using endoscopic treatment can significantly improve patient outcomes and reduce the chances of infection in patients with relapse and improve the patients quality of life.
