肠排列术治疗广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨和评价肠排列术对广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析本院自2005年4月至2009年4月收治的67例广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻患者的临床资料,全部患者均施行肠排列术.结果:手术成功率100％,术后肠瘘占1.49％,术后再次梗阻占2.99％；术后偶有下腹不适感4例,经观察可自行缓解消除.通过住院治疗及术后长达3年的随访观察,肠排列术的临床治疗效果令人满意.结论:肠排列术治疗广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻手术安全、治愈率较高且术后复发率低,该方法值得临床推广和应用.%Objective:To observe and evaluate the curative effect of intestinal plication.Method:Retrospective analygzed the data of 67 patients,They were admitted to our hospital from April 2005 to April 2009,the intestinal plication was performed on 67 patients.Reswlt:The success rate was 100％,the rate of intestinal fistula was 1.49％,the relapse rate was 2.99％.There were 4 patients feel abdominal discomfort occasionally and could be relieve itself.According to the follow-up last for 3 years,the intestinal plication might have good curative effect.Conclnsion:The intestinal plication has a high success rate and low relapse rate.It is a safe surgery and worthy for promotion.
