Objective: To investigate the color pulsed doppler echocardiography and pulsed doppler ech-ocardiography figure ( PD ) to evaluate the effect of fetal cardiac conduction time, and evaluate the effects of cardiac conduction time by gestational age and heart rate. Method: Selected 180 patients with different ges-tational age and heart rate of pregnant women, the TDI and PD were used to detect the fetal AV and VA values. Result: There were 15 cases of sporadic arrhythmias, the rate was 8.3%. The AV and VA values were positively correlated with gestational age and negatively correlated with heart rate; PD, TDI detected the AV, VA values in the comparison of different gestational age of the fetus had not significantly different ( P> 0. 05 ). The PD, TDI detected the AV values in the comparison of the different heart rate of the fetus had not significantly different ( P> 0. 05 ), but had significantly different in the comparison VA( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion : Color pulsed doppler echocardiography can determine the fetal myocardial velocities, help correct understanding of fetal heart activity. With the development of medical technology, tissue doppler imaging technique will also be a wide range of development.%目的:探讨彩色脉冲多普勒超声心动图(TDI)与脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PD)评价胎儿心脏传导时间的效果.方法:选择180例不同孕周与心率孕妇,应用TDI与PD测量胎儿AV与VA值.结果:诊断偶发心律失常15例,发生率为8.3%.AV与VA值与孕周呈正相关,与心率呈负相关;AV与VA值都随着心率的增加而减少,而PD、TDI两种方法测量AV在不同心率胎儿的比较中差异不明显(P>0.05),VA在不同心率胎儿的比较差异明显(P<0.05).结论:彩色脉冲多普勒超声心动图评价胎儿心脏传导时间有助于正确理解胎儿心脏活动.而随着医学技术的发展,组织多普勒成像技术也将得到广泛的发展.
