中西医临床免疫结合法治疗口腔扁平苔癣的短期疗效分析

Objective: To explore the efficacy and significance of the combination of Chinese and Western clinical immunology on treatment of oral lichen planus. Method: 187 cases of patients with oral lichen planus were divided into three groups, the first group for the Western group, The second group of Chinese medicine group, the third group of Chinese and Western medicine immunization combined group. The first group were treated with Western medicine only, chlorhexidine and sodium bicarbonate solution, for the conduct of mouthwash, oral administration of thymosin enteric-coated tablets, the other in the affected area local injection of prednisolone plus lidocaine; second set of pure Chinese medicine treatment, oral medicine the compound quassioides anti - inflammatory tablets, while in the context of the lesion injection Ningjia lidocaine ; third group of Western medicine combined with immunotherapy in patients with chlorhexidine and sodium bicarbonate solution rinsemouth, oral thymosin enteric-coated tablets and compound-quassioides anti-inflammatory tablets, additional levamisole, multiple oral treatment Polyactin. Result: The efficacy of Chinese and Western clinical immunology combination therapy of oral lichen planus was better than the mere use of Chinese medicine and Western medicine ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusions: Immunity combination therapy can significantly increase the therapeutic effect either partial closure pain, can also increase the white blood cells, activated T lymphocytes, enhance the body's non-specific anti-inflammatory capacity. A good way to be regarded as a treatment of oral lichen planus, and worthy of promotion and use.%目的:探讨中西医临床免疫结合法治疗口腔扁平苔癣的疗效和意义.方法:将187例患有口腔扁平苔藓的患者分为三组,第一组为西医组,第二组为中医组,第三组为中西医免疫结合组.第一组采用单纯的西医疗法,应用氯己定和碳酸氢钠溶液进行漱口,同时口服胸腺肽肠溶片,另外在患处局部注射泼尼松龙加利多卡因;第二组为单纯中医治疗,口服中药复方苦木消炎片,同时在患处局部注射脉络宁加利多卡因;第三组为中医西医结合免疫疗法,患者用氯己定和碳酸氢钠溶液漱口,口服胸腺肽肠溶片和复方苦木消炎片,另外进行左旋咪唑、多抗甲素口服治疗.结果:中西医临床免疫结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔癣的疗效要比单纯使用中医或西医要好,P＜0.05.结论:中西医临床免疫结合疗法可以大大增加口腔扁平苔癣治疗效果,不仅可以局部的封闭止痛,还可以增加白细胞,活化T淋巴细胞,增强机体非特异性抗炎能力.不失为一种治疗口腔扁平苔藓的好方法,值得临床推广和使用.
