超声定位体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石575例临床分析

摘要

Objective: To use ultrasound direction interventing the treatment of ESWL for making an in-quring into the result of the ureteral calculi with ESWL. Method: 575 patients with ureteral calculi were treated by ZH-VD ESWL and under direction of ultrasonography. Result: All 575 patients suffered from ureteral calculi were found unltrasound directing and checking; effective rate was 96% . Conclusion:The untra-sound can alone finish the screening of the ESWL patients, the focus locating, the observation during operation , the effect judging. The pulverizing rate of ureteral calculi can be elevated significantly due to B ultrasound technique be applicated skillfully.%目的:应用B超定位技术介入体外冲击波碎石治疗,探讨提高输尿管结石的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析运用ZH-VD电磁冲击波体外碎石机检查治疗输尿管结石575例.结果:经用B型超声定位复查显示输尿管结石,碎石治疗排净率96%.结论:在体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石中,B超可以独立完成碎石病例的筛选,碎石治疗焦点定位,术中观察及疗效判断等步骤.熟练运用B超技术可使输尿管结石的排净率明显提高.
