超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对老年患者膝关节镜手术的影响分析

摘要

To investigate the impact of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus -sciatic nerve block on arthroscopic knee surgery of elderly patients .Method:The clinical data of 50 cases of elderly pa-tients undergoing unilateral knee surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were statistically analyzed.Result:The effect of the blockade of group A was significantly better (P <0.05); the SBP, DBP when T2-T5 were significantly higher(P <0.05);the sensory and motor nerves block onset time was signifi-cantly earlier( P <0.05) , the anesthesia time were significantly higher ( P <0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%( 2/25) 2 hours after anesthesia , which was significantly lower than that in group B .Con-clusion:The anesthetic effect of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus -sciatic nerve block is good for elderly patients received arthroscopic knee surgery .To investigate the impact of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus -sciatic nerve block on arthroscopic knee surgery of elderly patients .Method:The clinical data of 50 cases of elderly pa-tients undergoing unilateral knee surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were statistically analyzed.Result:The effect of the blockade of group A was significantly better (P <0.05); the SBP, DBP when T2-T5 were significantly higher(P <0.05);the sensory and motor nerves block onset time was signifi-cantly earlier( P <0.05) , the anesthesia time were significantly higher ( P <0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%( 2/25) 2 hours after anesthesia , which was significantly lower than that in group B .Con-clusion:The anesthetic effect of ultrasound-guided lumbar plexus -sciatic nerve block is good for elderly patients received arthroscopic knee surgery .%探讨超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对老年患者膝关节镜手术的影响。方法：统计分析2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的50例择期行单侧膝关节手术的老年患者的临床资料。依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞组（A组）和连续硬膜外麻醉组（B组）两组，每组25例。结果：A组患者的阻滞效果明显比B组好（ P＜0．05）；A组患者T2-T5时的SBP、DBP 均明显比B组高（P＜0．05）；A组患者的感觉、运动神经阻滞起效时间均明显比B组早（P＜0．05），麻醉时间均明显比B组长（P＜0．05）；A组患者的术后2h麻醉不良反应发生率8％（2/25）明显比B组60％（15/25）低（P＜0．05）。结论：超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞对接受膝关节镜手术的老年患者的麻醉效果良好。
