改良逆行气管插管在呼吸衰竭患者中应用效果分析

摘要

目的：分析改良逆行气管插管在呼吸衰竭患者中应用效果。方法：研究对象来自我院2011年3月至2013年10月收治的100例呼吸衰竭伴有困难气道者，采用计算机随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组患者采用传统逆行气管插管法进行救治，观察组患者采用改良逆行气管插管法进行抢救，对比分析两组患者平均插管时间、并发症发生率及插管成功率（第一次、第二次、第三次）。结果：观察组患者平均插管时间和并发症发生率显著小于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义，P＜0．05。观察组患者插管一次成功率显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论：改良逆行气管插管法能够明显缩短插管时间，减少插管并发症，明显提高插管一次成功率，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To analyse the application effect of modified retrograde tracheal intubation in pa-tients with respiratory failure .Method: 100 cases of respiratory failure with difficult airway patients in our hospital from Mar.2011 to Oct.2013, They were divided into the observation group and the control group by computer randomized manner , 50 patients in each group .Patients in control group were used traditional ret-rograde tracheal intubation , group patients in the observation were treated by modified retrograde tracheal in-tubation.The average intubation time , and the incidence of complications and the success rate of intubation ( first, second, third) in two groups were compared .Result: Average intubation time and complications in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group of (P<0.05).The observation group patients with a success rate of intubation was significantly higher than patients the control group ( P<0. 05).Conclusion:The modified retrograde tracheal intubation can significantly shorten the intubation time , reduce the complications , improve the successful rate of intubation , It's worth in clinical application .
