A device (1) for retrograde nasotracheal intubation of a patient, comprising:a flexible endotracheal tube (1) that at its proximal end has a removable terminal portion (4) provided with an axial hole (5), and, at its distal end, an inflatable seal cuff (C) ;inflating means (7, 7a) of said seal cuff (C), associated with said endotracheal tube (1) and comprising an inflating tube (7) obtained in the thickness of the wall (10) of said endotracheal tube (1).
