血流动力学因素对脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的影响及预后分析

摘要

目的：分析血流动力学因素对于脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的影响及预后效果。方法：采用随机数表法选取我院40例脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的患者作为实验组，40例非脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的患者作为对照组，研究并分析血流动力学因素对脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的影响及预后效果。结果：实验组患者的供血动脉的收缩期峰值平均流速，舒张期平均流速，阻力指数，血管顺应性指数均明显低于对照组患者的供血动脉的收缩期峰值平均流速，舒张期平均流速，阻力指数，血管顺应性指数，统计学上有意义（ P＜0．05）。实验组与对照组经治疗后，实验组的不良反应发生率（5．00％）明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率（30．00％），统计学上有意义（P＜0．05）。结论：本研究通过对血流动力学因素的研究，深入探究脑动静脉畸形血管破裂的出血机制，为临床治疗该疾病提供重要的理论依据，完全可靠，临床上应广泛应用。%Objective:To analyze the effect and prognosis efficacy of hemodynamic factor on vessel rup-ture of cerebral arteriovenous malformations ( AVM) .Method:30 cases of AVM with vessel rupture were se-lected as experimental group by random number table method ,and 30 non-AVM patients with vessel rupture were selected as control group ,and analyzed the effects and prognosis efficacy of hemodynamic factor on ves-sel rupture of AVM.Result:Average peak systolic velocity , average diastole velocity,resistance index (RI) and vessel compliance of feeding arteries in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the con -trol group,There's statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,complication incidence of experimental group was significantly lower than control group ,There's statistical signifcance ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the research of hemodynamic factor ,to deeply discuss the hemorrhage mechanisms of vessel rupture in AVM,providing important theoretical basis for treatment in clinic ,totaly reliablely ,it should be widely ap-plied in clinic .
