目的：研究观察针灸联合推拿治法治疗脑梗塞的疗效和作用情况。方法：以2012年3月至2012年12月，于我院被确诊的该病病患共计86例。作为观察组，另选3月之前86例病患作为对照组。观察组行针灸联合推拿方案治疗。对照组行单纯针灸方案。对比两组疗效和治疗前后神经功能型缺损评分。结果：观察组显效率为59．3％，总有效率为97．67％，显著高于对照组31．39％，88．37％。差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。两组病患在治疗之前神经功能型缺损评分对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。而治疗之后观察组评分为7．72±5．39，显著低于对照组18．61±9．81。差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：以针灸联合推拿治法治疗脑梗赛病患，疗效更佳，利于神经组织的功能恢复。值得临床推荐。%Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture with massage therapies in treatment of cere-bral infarction .Method:From March 2012 to December 2012 , a total of 86 cases of patients was diagnosed in our hospital , which was the observation group , then chose another 86 cases of patients with the disease as the control group .The observation group was treated with acupuncture with massage therapies .The control group was treated only with acupuncture , compared two groups with efficacy and neural function defect score before and after treatment .Result:The effectual rate of the observation was 59.3%, total effective rate was 97.67%, which were significantly higher than the control group of 31.39%, 88.37%.Differences were statis-tically significant ( all P <0.05 ) .Two groups of patients before treatment's neural function defect score showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The score of the observation group after treatment was 7.72 ±5. 39, which was significantly lower than the control group of 18.61 ±9.81.Difference was statistically signifi-cant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:Using acupuncture with massage therapies treats cerebral infarction , has bet-ter efficacy , and help to restore the function of nerve tissue .It is worthy of recommendation .
