局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗临床效果及预后分析

摘要

目的：观察局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗临床效果及预后。方法：50例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各25例，观察组接受单纯放射治疗方案，对照组接受联合放化疗方案，分析比较两组患者临床效果及预后。结果：观察组与对照组相比较，近期临床效果总有效率差异无显著统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；两组患者1年、2年、3年生存率差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；两组患者不良反应主要表现为：恶心呕吐、白血胞减少、血小板减少、贫血、肝肾功能损害、口腔黏膜反应和皮肤反应，两组患者发生Ⅲ度及以上不良反应有明显差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗临床效果及预后与常见的联合放化疗方案一样具有明显的临床效果或较好的预后生存率。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect and prognosis of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy .Method:50 cases of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each with 25 cases, the observation group received radiotherapy treatment , the control group received the combined chemotherapy scheme , and then compared clinical effect and prognosis of two groups patients .Result: The observation group compared with the control group , the total efficiency of the short-term clinical effect has no significant difference ( P>0. 05);the two groups of patients,has no significant difference in survival rate (P>0.05) for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years;the patients of two groups with adverse reactions mainly manifested: nausea and vomiting , white blood cell lower , thrombocytopenia , anemia, liver and kidney damage , oral mucosa reaction and skin reac-tion, patients of two groups with III degree and above adverse reactions were significantly different ( P<0. 05).Conclusion:Clinical effect and prognosis of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy as common combined radiation and chemotherapy scheme has obvious clinical effect and better prognosis of sur -vival rate.
