Objective:To review the curative effect of buyanghuanwu soup combined with Western in-ternal medicine on acute cerebral hemorrhage .Method:125 patients from department of neurology , chengde medical college hospital , were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=62 ) and control group ( n=63 ) . Both groups were given routine therapies of Western internal medicine .At the same time , Buyanghuanwu soup was given to the treatment group .The treatment period is 30 days.The comprehensive curative effect , absorption of cerebral hemorrhage , haematoma grading and plasma CD 62p, CD42b content changes were counted and compared in two groups .Result:The total effective rate for treatment group was 88.7%, much higher than the control group of 76.2%(P<0.05).In addition, the plasma CD62p content reduced while CD42b content increased apparently , which were more significant in Buyanghuanwu group than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Buyanghuanwu soup can significantly improve the curative effect and outcomes in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage .The effect might be related to the effect of reduce plasma CD62p content while increasing CD42b expression.%目的：探讨补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法：选择承德医学院附属医院神经内科收治的脑出血患者125例，随机分为治疗组62例和对照组63例，两组均采用常规西药治疗，治疗组同时服用补阳还五汤，疗程为30 d。观察两组患者综合疗效、脑出血吸收情况、脑水肿程度及血浆CD62p、CD42b含量的变化。结果：补阳还五汤治疗组总有效率88．7％，显著高于对照组76．2％（ P＜0．05）。血浆CD62p较治疗前显著降低，CD42b较治疗前明显升高，且补阳还五汤治疗组优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：补阳还五汤能显著提高脑出血的临床疗效，具有较好的脑保护作用，其机制可能与其降低血浆CD62p含量，升高CD42b表达有关。
