超声心动图在县级医院胎儿心脏畸形筛查中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To probe into the value of fetal echocardiography in prenatal screening of fetal malformations in county-level hospital.Method:14400 fetuses accepted routine prenatal screening ,the ca-ses suspected of cardiac abnormalies underwent detailed fetal echocardiography.Result: 141 sites cardiac abnormalitis in 97 cases out of 14400 fetuses were detected,with a positive rate of 6.74‰( 97/14400) .13 deformities were misdiagnosed.The diagnositic accuracy rate was 90.78%(128/141).Conclusion:The ap-plication of fetal echocardiography can improve the detection rate of fetal heart abnormalities in county hospi-tal and reduce the incidence and mortality of neonatal congenital heart disease.%目的:探讨胎儿超声心动图在县级医院产前心脏畸形筛查中的应用价值. 方法:对14400例胎儿进行产前常规畸形筛查,疑有心脏畸形的进行超声心动图序列切面系统检查并进行归纳总结. 结果:14400例胎儿中发现心脏畸形97例合计141处畸形,心脏畸形阳性检出率6.74‰( 97/14400). 其中漏诊心脏畸形13 处. 产前超声筛查胎儿心脏大血管畸形正确符合率90.78%( 128/141). 结论:胎儿超声心动图序列切面系统检查方法的应用,有效提高了基层医院胎儿心脏病的检出率,对降低区域内新生儿心脏畸形发生率、死亡率有重要应用价值. 全面、详细扫查,避免漏诊误诊是提高心脏畸形诊断率的关键.
