Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of satisfaction to the nursing care and the mental state in patients with colonoscopy.Method:A total of 80 eligi-ble patients were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the numbers of the submitted application forms, with the patients with odd numbers in the observation group and those with even numbers in the control group.The observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group used usual care, and the degrees of anxiety, depression, and pain, and those of satisfaction to the nursing cares were compared between the two groups.Result:When appointment, the patients of the two groups had similar scores of self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) , and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05); at the end, the patients of both groups had de-creased scores of SAS and SDS when compared with those when appointment, but the patients of the observa-tion group had greater decreasing extents, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The patients of the observation group had higher scores of visual analogue score ( VAS) and degree of satisfactionto the nursing care than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Con-clusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with colonoscopy can effectively release the anxiety and depression, lighten the discomforts during the colonoscopy, elevate the degree of satisfaction to the nurs-ing care, and consequently is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨综合护理干预对行结肠镜检查患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响. 方法:选取符合标准的患者80例,根据提交申请单的顺序,单号分为观察组,双号分为对照组,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较二者焦虑、抑郁、疼痛及护理满意度. 结果:预约时,两组患者焦虑自评量表( SAS)和抑郁自评量表( SDS)评分相似,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);结束时,两组患者SAS、SDS评分较预约时均下降,但是观察组较对照组下降幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05).观察组患者视觉模拟评分法( VAS)评分及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05). 结论:行结肠镜检查患者实施综合护理干预,可以有效缓解其焦虑、抑郁心理状况,减轻检查过程中不适,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.
