血清非对称二甲基精氨酸在盐敏感高血压患者中的测定及其意义

         

摘要

目的:探讨分析血清非对称二甲基精氨酸在盐敏感高血压患者中的测定及其意义。方法:选取2013年2月至2014年5月接受治疗的高血压患者140例为研究对象,根据盐敏感程度分为研究组与对照组两组。对两组患者均行非对称二甲基精氨酸( ADMA )、一氧化氮( NO )、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血糖(GLU)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等检测,分析对比检测结果。结果:研究组血清中ADMA浓度为(3.78±1.3) moL/L,明显高于对照组的(2.45±1.5) moL/L,组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组一氧化氮浓度为(53.5±15.8)moL/L,明显高于研究组的(33.1±10.3)moL/L,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。对照组DBP、SBP、GLU、LDL-C、TC等指标均低于研究组,组间对比差异显著( P<0.05)。结论:两组患者的SBP、DBP、GLU、TC等指标均随ADMA浓度增加而增加,呈正相关性;血清一氧化氮水平随着ADMA浓度增加而降低,两者呈负相关性,表明血清ADMA浓度变化对盐敏感高血压患者的早期临床诊断具有较高价值,与该疾病的发生发展关系密切。%Objective:To analyze the determination and its significance of serum unsymmetrical dimeth-yl arginine for high blood pressure patients with the salt sensitivity .Method:140 hypertension patients were selected in our hospital from February in 2013 to May in 2014 as the research object .They were divided into the research group and the control group according to the salt sensitive degree .Asymmetric dimethyl arginine (ADMA), nitric oxide, diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), serum total cho-lesterol (TC), glucose (GLU), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of two groups were detected and compared the test results .Result:ADMA concentration of the research group was (3.78±1.3) moL/L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (2.45±1.5) moL/L, there was the significant difference statistically (P <0.05).The nitric oxide concentration of the control group was (53.5±15.8) moL/L, higher than that of the research group (33.1±10.3) moL/L, there was the significant difference sta-tistically(P <0.05).DBP and SBP, GLU, LDL-C, TC of the control group were lower than those in con-trol group, there was the significant difference ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:SBP , DBP , GLU, TC index of two groups increased with the increase of ADMA concentration , there's a positive correlation .Nitric oxide de-creased with ADMA concentration increased , There's negative correlation , which showed the high clinical di-agnosis value of serum ADMA concentration change is early hypertension patients with salt the sensitivity , and is closely associated with the occurrence and development of the disease .
