序贯性通气治疗重症急性左心衰竭(ALHF)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效评价

摘要

目的:观察评价序贯性通气治疗重症急性左心衰竭(ALHF)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法:选取2012年4月至2015年4月收治的重症ALHF合并呼吸衰竭患者124例,采用简单随机原则分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规治疗,观察组实施序贯性通气治疗,对比两组疗效.结果:观察组治疗后显效率与总有效率均高于对照组,各血气指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对ALHF合并呼吸衰竭患者实施序贯性通气治疗,能够有效改善血气情况,提高临床疗效.%Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of sequential nature ventilation trea-ting Severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure. Methods:124 cases with severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were se-lected and divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received sequential nature ventilation. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results: The effective rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group, and the blood gas indexes was evidently better than that of the control group, P<0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion:Sequential nature ventilation trea-ting severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure not only can effectively improve the blood gas conditions, but also can improve the clinical efficacy.
