六味地黄丸联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of drug combination by Liuwei dihuang pills and climen in treatment of POF. Method:109 POF patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 patients in the control group and with 61 patients in the treatment group. In the control group, only Climen was applied in the treatment, while in the treatment group, drug combination of Liuwei Dihuang pills and Climen was ap-plied . After the treatment, clinical curative effect and index of sex hormone in blood serum of patients in both groups were studied and compared. Result:After the treatment, both of the two treatment methods were ef-fective. However, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.80%, which was higher than that of 77.08% in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment, the blood serum FSH,E2,LH of all patients in both groups had obviously improved(P<0.05). The changing of blood serum FSH,E2,LH of the treatment group was much more clear than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: There's definite clinical curative effect on drug combination by Liuwei Dihuang Pills and Climen in treatment of POF, and better than climen singly, which is worthy of promotion and application.%目的:六味地黄丸联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰临床观察. 方法:将109例卵巢早衰患者,随机分为对照组48例和治疗组61例. 对照组单纯予克龄蒙治疗,治疗组给予六味地黄丸联合克龄蒙治疗. 治疗后,观察两组的临床疗效及血清性激素水平变化. 结果:治疗后两组均有明显疗效,但治疗组总有效率(91.80%)明显高于对照组(77.08%),两者有显著性差别(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清FSH、E2、LH较治疗前均有明显改善( P<0.05);治疗组血清FSH、E2、LH改善较对照组更明显( P<0. 05). 结论:六味地黄丸联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰临床疗效显著优于单纯克龄蒙治疗,值得推广应用.
