星状神经节阻滞对发情期家兔激素水平的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞( SGB )对发情期新西兰雌兔体内激素表达水平的影响. 方法:选取20只成年雌性未孕并处于发情期的新西兰雌兔,随机平均分为对照组和SGB 组,每组各10只. SGB组兔暴露右侧星状神经节,用1mL浓度为1%的利多卡因行局部浸润阻滞,对照组兔不作处理,抽取兔血液用放射免疫分析法和化学发光法测定两组兔阻滞前后雌二醇( E2 )、绒毛膜促性腺激素( HCG)和促性腺激素释放激素( GnRH)的变化情况. 结果:神经阻滞前两组兔血清E2、HCG和GnRH水平无显著差异(P>0.05);神经阻滞后,SGB组兔E2 水平显著升高(P<0.05),HCG和GnRH变化不明显(P>0.05). 结论:对发情期兔行星状神经节阻滞有利于改善兔血液中E2、HCG和GnRH等激素水平,从而为临床上治疗女性慢性疼痛疾病提供科学依据.%Objective:To observe the influence of stellate ganglion block ( SGB ) on hormone level of oestrous New Zealand female rabbits. Method:A total of 20 cases oestrous New Zealand female rabbits were divided into two groups:control group and stellate ganglion block ( SGB) group, 10 rabbits in each group. Under anesthesia by urethane, rabbits in SGB group were given 1mL of 1% lidocaine to the right side for the local SGB, while no special treatment in the control group. Radio-immuno assay ( RIA) and chemi lumines-cence immune assay ( CLIA) were used to detect the hormone level of estradiol ( E2 ) , progesterone ( P ) , human chorionic gonadotropin ( HCG) , gonadotropin-releasing hormone ( GnRH) , follicle-stimulating hor-mone ( FSH) and Luteinizing hormone ( LH) before and after SGB. Result: Before the SGB, the hormone level of E2, P, HCG, GnRH, FSH and LH in two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05); After SGB, the hormone level of E2 of SGB group was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , while the level of P and GnRH had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: SGB makes a contribution to improve the E2, HCG and GnRH level of oestrous rabbits, which can provide scientific evidence for the treatment of chronic pain in women.
